Cape Coast

Capital of the Central Region of Ghana. Also the site of Cape Coast Castle, a slave fort which has been designated by UNESCO as a Heritage Site. Cape Coast was the capital of the British Gold Coast colony prior to it being shifted to Accra.

    We used to call this the Senior Field, of course in those days there was a junior field and from what I can see it appears that there are no longer two sports grounds.
